【中文摘要】 本论文重点研究了不同脉冲作用时间、电压和通电次数对热作模具钢热疲劳行为的影响,设计并优化了脉冲参数。 研究表明,对热疲劳试样(未出现裂纹)进行适当参数的脉冲电流处理(脉冲作用时间、脉冲电压),都能够显著提高热作模具钢热疲劳裂纹萌生及扩展的抗力,延缓裂纹萌生及降低裂纹的扩展速率,延长其热疲劳寿命。同时发现,脉冲电流处理可以细化热疲劳试样中预制切口尖端处的显微组织,改变热疲劳试样中的应力状态。
【英文摘要】 As the shape of mould cavity is complex, the time of machining mould is long and the value of mould is expensive, so it has the name“black gold”. In our country, a great number of mould will be consumed one year, which costs tens million RMB. As the mould works under the circumstance that the temperature changes all the time, which causes mould fatigue, craze and rupture easily.
