Deep groove ball bearings
Deep groove ball bearing is the most common rolling bearing, its structure is simple and easy to use. It is mainly used to bear radial load, it also can play the role of angular contact bearing and bear the connected load in radial and axial direction when the radial play of bearing is increased. When the rotation speed is very high and the thrust ball bearing is not suitable, the deep groove ball bearing(deep-furrow ball bearing) can also be used to bear only axial load. Compared with other kinds of bearings of the same dimension, this kind of bearing has very small frictional coefficient and high limit rotation speed, but unable to endure impact and not suitable to endure heavy load.
Cylindrical roller bearings
Cylindrical roller bearings are available in many designs, dimension series and sizes. The majority are single row bearings with a cage. Single and double row full complement bearings (without cage) complete the standard assortment for general engineering. Cylindrical Roller Bearings with a cage can accommodate heavy radial loads and operate at high speeds. Full complement bearings are suitable for very heavy radial loads at moderate speeds.
In cylindrical roller bearings, the rollers are a key component. Their geometry, the so-called logarithmic profile, provides an optimum stress distribution in the contact zones in the bearing. Their surface finish maximizes lubricant film formation and optimises rolling motion of the rollers. The benefits derived from this compared with traditional designs include enhanced operational reliability and a greater insensitivity to misalignment.the ring with the integral flanges together with the cylindrical roller and cage assembly can be separated from the other ring. This results in easy mounting and dismounting, particularly where the load conditions are such that interference fits are required for both rings.
Tapered roller bearings
The tapered rollers (with larger spherial end) of these bearings are guided precisely by the integral flanges of the washers (shaft washer and housing washer) with raceways. Tapered roller bearings are bearings that can take large axial forces (i.e. they are good thrust bearings) as well as being able to sustain large radial forces.
Thrust ball bearings
Thrust ball bearings consist of two precision chrome steel washers (ring) and a ball complement spaced by bronze retainer. They can be supplied with or without radius ball grooves in the rings. Thrust bearings are used under purely axial loads
Self-aligning ball bearings
Self- aligning ball bearing mainly have two structures, inculidng cylindrical and tapered, and it has two rows of balls and a common concave sphered raceway in the outer ring. The bearing is consequently self-aligning and insensitive to angular misalignments of the shaft relative to the housing. It is particularly suitable for applications where considerable shaft deflections or misalignment are to be expected. Additionally, the self-aligning ball bearing has the lowest friction of all rolling bearings, which enables it to run cooler even at high speeds.
Angular contact ball bearings
Angular contact ball bearings have raceways in the inner and outer rings that are displaced with respect to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. This means that angular contact bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. The axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases with increasing contact angle. The contact angle is defined as the angle between the line joining the points of contact of the ball and the raceways in the radial plane, along which the load is transmitted from one raceway to another, and a line perpendicular to the bearing axis.
Spherical roller bearings
Spherical roller bearings use rollers that are thicker in the middle and thinner at the ends; the race is shaped to match. Spherical roller bearings can thus adjust to support misaligned loads. However, spherical rollers are difficult to produce and thus expensive, and the bearings have higher friction than a comparable ball bearing since different parts of the spherical rollers run at different speeds on the rounded race and thus there are opposing forces along the bearing/race contact.
Needle bearings
Needle bearings have a large surface area that is in contact with the bearing outer surfaces compared to ball bearings. Additionally there is less added clearance (difference between the diameter of the shaft and the diameter of the bearing) so they are much more compact. The typical structure consists of an inner race (or sometimes merely a shaft), a needle cage which orients and contains the needle rollers, the needle rollers themselves, and an outer race.
Spherical roller thrust bearings
This type of bearings is separable. The spherically formed outer ring raceway can make selfalignment. There fore ,if there is deflection of the shaft,it is automatically corrected. There is an angle between the working line of load and the center line of shaft. Then bearings can take not only greatly radial load but also some axial loads in either direction. They have excellentload-carrying capacity and are suitable for use where there are heavy or impact loads, such as waterpower, upright style electromotor ect.
Cylindrical roller thrust bearing
This type of bearing is separable and can carry heavy axial loads. They are single directions bearings and can only accommodate axial load in one direction. They can’t limit the dispalcement in radial. They are stiff and insensitive to shock loads, and they require little space. Their main use is in applications where the load carrying capacity of thrust ball bearing is inadequate and the speeds requirement is low.
Needle thrust bearings
Needle roller thrust bearings are fitted with a form-stable cage to reliably guide and retain a large number of needle rollers. The diameter deviations of the rollers within one assembly are within 2 µm, enabling these bearings to accommodate heavy axial loads and shock loads. These bearings provide a high degree of stiffness within a minimum axial space

Tapered roller thrust bearings
Tapered roller thrust bearings enable axially very compact bearing arrangements to be produced which can carry very heavy axial loads, are insensitive to shock loads and are stiff. Cylindrical roller thrust bearings are suitable for arrangements that have to support heavy axial loads. Furthermore, they are relatively insensitive to shock loads, are very stiff and require little axial space. as standard they are available as single direction bearings and can only accommodate axial loads acting in one direction.
linear bearings
linear bearings are used in applications where a component needs to be moved along a straight line with high accuracy. The object may also need to be returned to its origin with high repeatability. linear bearings come in a variety of styles and have wide load capacities. Choices for linear bearing styles include air, flat ball cage, ball spline, ball bushing, needle roller cage, cam follower, crossed roller, guide wheel, hydrostatic, plain or journal, linear motion guide, flat roller cage, and linear roller.
Pillow block bearings
Pillow block bearings are mounted bearings that are used to provide load support for a rotating shaft’s axis. Their mounting surface is on a line parallel to the axis of the shaft. Elongated bolt holes in the base or feet of pillow block bearings permit adjustment and easy mounting. Product categories include plain bearings, ball bearings, cylindrical-roller bearings, needle-roller bearings, tapered-rolling bearings, hydrodynamic bearings, and more. With pillow block bearings, product selection is based on shaft size, radial and thrust load requirements, and dimensions and measurements.
The ceramic bearings
The ceramic ball bearings is mainly made of silicon nitride, rconia or alumina,it has many advantages, such as long useful life, high speed ,self-lubrication, high steel ,low friction, light weight, special electrical and magnetism resistance, wear and corrosion resistance, maintenance free when working, especially high and low –temperature application, etc.
Joint bearings
A joint bearing in which a rolling member has been designed in such a way that relative to the inner race track and outer race track representing a circular arch, four contact points are obtained, the rolling member is associated with a central cylindrical portion and carrying portions which adjoin it at both ends, and has an outer contour with a radius which is osculated relative to the inner race track and the outer race track, so that a relatively small and compact joint bearing is formed which permits both an angular movement and a rotational movement while reducing friction. The four-point contact permits accurate guidance of the rolling members and eliminates the need for guiding edges

Slewing bearings
Slewing bearings is a bearing that can accommodate large axial load, radial load and overturning moment. Slewing bearings generally have installation holes, inner teeth, outside teeth, lubricants holes and sealing devices, which enable the main frame structural compact, guide reliable, and easy to maintain.
