【摘要】 45钢冷挤压零件原材料预先正火,彻底消除魏氏组织、带状组织,形成均匀片状珠光体,然后在球化退火时,才能获得碳化物颗粒均匀、圆整、弥散分布在铁素体基体上的理想组织。这样就能保证冷挤压抗力最小,防止冷挤压时零件开裂的倾向。
【英文摘要】 45 steel row material for cold extrusion performed pre-normalizing can eliminate the widmannstaetten structure,banded structure,and form the uniform lamellar pearlite.Then we can obtain the ideal structure with uniform and orbicular carbide particles distribute dispersedly on the ferritic matrix after spheroidizing annealing.Through this way,we can ensure the minimal resistance force of cold extrusion and prevent the cracking tendency when cold extrusion.
