高铬铸铁的感应炉熔炼技术

摘要:介绍了感应炉熔炼高铬铸铁过程中的五个技术要领。用热力学的方法计算了熔化时坩埚反应的平衡温
度与测试结果基本相符。为高铬铸铁的熔炼制度提供了理论根据。

Abstract :Main factors affecting smelting quaulity of high chromium cast irons in induction furnace are dis2
cussed in this paper . A thermodynamical method is used to calculate the equilibrium temperature of crucible reac2
tion when the alloys are melted. The result s are agreement with measured temperature very well and provide a
fundamental basis for obtaining good quality high chromium cast irons by using induction furnace semlting
method.
