内孔加工后,不得有直径超过2MM,深度超过1MM的渣,砂气孔.内孔未加工的铸件黑皮不得超过总内孔面积的15%.

Processed within the hole may not have a diameter greater than 2MM, deeper than 1MM slag and sand holes. Unprocessed casting bore shall not exceed the total black hole area of 15%.

翻译的不错的，只是后面黑皮没有表达出来。
……to the raw casting bore, keep the area of black skin not more than 15% of the total bore surface.
