【摘要】 研究了GH4169G合金锻件典型部位的晶粒组织和δ相的析出特征。结果表明,锻件因受变形量与散热速率的影响,存在完全再结晶与不完全再结晶两种晶粒组织。变形量越大,散热速率越慢,再结晶越完全;δ相的析出数量与形貌在不同位置存在较大差异,随锻造温度降低与冷却速度增加δ相数量增多,尺寸增大。
【英文摘要】 The precipitation characteristics of grain structure and delta phase in typical positions of GH4169G alloy forgings were investigated.The results show that the mixed grain structure and isometric crystal are formed under the condition of different deformation ratio and cooling rate.Huge deformation and slow cooling rate have a positive effect on forming isometric crystal structure.The quantity and morphology of delta phase have greater difference in different position,and the amount of delta phase increases... |
